WEDANG ANGSLE


Ingredients :
200 grams of glutinous rice that has been cooked
150 grams of fried peanuts
100 sago pearls ripe
100 green beans boiled ripe
2 pieces of white bread

Ginger sauce:
200 grams of ginger peeled and crushed
300 grams sugar
1.5 liter of coconut milk 1 1/2 coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt

How to make :

  1. Kuah Ginger: Ginger Boil together milk, sugar, pandan leaf and salt. During the boil stir to milk not broken. After boiling lift.
  2. Prepare a bowl, fill it with sago pearls, green beans, bread slices small boxes, sticky rice and coconut milk.
  3. Serve warm sprinkled with roasted peanuts.
