MIXED VEGETABLES WITH THE PEANUT SAUCE

Ingredients:
150 grams of cabbage, sliced
1 bunch of spinach, hot flush
50 grams bean sprouts, remove the tail
6 sprigs of green beans, cut into 4 cm
1 piece of white tofu, fried
150 grams of tempe, fried
2 eggs, boiled
1 cucumber, diced
5 tablespoons of fried onions

Peanut sauce :
200 grams of peanut butter
500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 lime leaves
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Softened seasoning :
2 large red chillies
5 shallots
3 garlic
2 cm kencur
1 teaspoon salt

How to make :
- peanut sauce: Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute the ingredients that have been mashed until fragrant, lift. Combining seasoning stir fry with peanut butter, coconut milk, lemon grass, lime leaves, tomato sauce and soy sauce and stir well. Cook until boiling and thickened, remove from heat.
- Boil the vegetables until cooked, remove and drain.
- Prepare a platter, arrange the vegetables, fried tofu, boiled eggs and fried tempeh, pour the peanut sauce or separately, sprinkle with fried onions, complete with crackers taste of fish.
