LODEH MIXED (sayur lodeh campur)



Material :

750 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
5 onion slices
3 garlic slices
3 large red chili sliced
2 large green chilli slices
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 purple eggplant cut into cubes
1 peeled fruit squash cut into cubes
10 awning long stalk chopped
8 corn cut to taste
10 pieces of fried tofu
250 ml thick coconut milk from coconuts 1/2

How to make :

  1. Boil the coconut milk together with the onion, garlic, red chili, green chili, bay leaves, and galangal.
  2. After boiling, add salt, pepper, sugar, eggplant, squash, beans, corn. cook until cooked vegetables.
  3. Enter a thick coconut milk, fried tofu, cook briefly lift.
  4. Serve warm with white rice.

VEGETABLE CLEAR (sayur bening)


Material :
1 bunch of spinach, hot flush
1 liter of water
5 thinly sliced red onion
5 cm fingerroot, peeled and crushed
1 bay leaf
2 sweet corn, cut according to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

How to make :
1. Cook the water with the onions mwrah, fingerroot and bay leaf to a boil.
2. Masukakan corn, baked corn and cook until soft. Pepper the salt and sugar then stir.
3. Enter the spinach, cook briefly, and lift.
4. Serve while warm.

Sweet corn can also use canned sweet corn grain
