Ingredients :
600 ml coconut milk from coconut 1/2
500 gr lamb, cut into pieces
20 cayenne pepper
7 tablespoons soy sauce
3 lime leaves
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 red tomatoes, cut into pieces
1/4 pieces of cabbage, thinly sliced
Salt, sugar as needed
Softened seasoning :
7 shallots
3 garlic
2 hazelnut
1 teaspoon pepper
How to make :
- Heat oil, saute ground spices and lime leaves until fragrant.
- Enter the goat meat, and cook until it changes color, pour the milk, add soy sauce, salt, sugar and cook until meat is tender.
- Enter cabbage, red tomatoes, cayenne pepper, stirring until wilted. Lift after being cooked.
- Ready to serve.
