TONGSENG KAMBING (tongseng goat)


Ingredients :
600 ml coconut milk from coconut 1/2
500 gr lamb, cut into pieces
20 cayenne pepper
7 tablespoons soy sauce
3 lime leaves
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 red tomatoes, cut into pieces
1/4 pieces of cabbage, thinly sliced
Salt, sugar as needed

Softened seasoning :
7 shallots
3 garlic
2 hazelnut
1 teaspoon pepper

How to make :

  1. Heat oil, saute ground spices and lime leaves until fragrant.
  2. Enter the goat meat, and cook until it changes color, pour the milk, add soy sauce, salt, sugar and cook until meat is tender.
  3. Enter cabbage, red tomatoes, cayenne pepper, stirring until wilted. Lift after being cooked.
  4. Ready to serve.
