20 quail eggs / 8 chicken eggs
3 tablespoons frozen peas
1 carrot, cut into cubes
1/4 pineapple, cut into cubes
Oil for frying to taste
Sauce:
250 ml of orange juice
1 cm ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
1 teaspoon vinegar cooking
How to make :
- Boil the quail eggs / chicken until cooked. Remove, peel and fry until brown. remove and drain.
- Sauce: Mix the orange juice, ginger, tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar cooked into the mix well and cook until boiling, Thicken with cornstarch solution.
- Enter the carrots, peas and pineapple, cook briefly and lift.
- Prepare the dish, arrange the eggs were fried and then pour the sauce on top.
- Ready to be served.
