TELUR ASAM MANIS ( sweet and sour egg)

Ingredients :
20 quail eggs / 8 chicken eggs
3 tablespoons frozen peas
1 carrot, cut into cubes
1/4 pineapple, cut into cubes
Oil for frying to taste

Sauce:
250 ml of orange juice
1 cm ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
1 teaspoon vinegar cooking

How to make :
  1. Boil the quail eggs / chicken until cooked. Remove, peel and fry until brown. remove and drain.
  2. Sauce: Mix the orange juice, ginger, tomato sauce, vinegar and sugar cooked into the mix well and cook until boiling, Thicken with cornstarch solution.
  3. Enter the carrots, peas and pineapple, cook briefly and lift.
  4. Prepare the dish, arrange the eggs were fried and then pour the sauce on top.
  5. Ready to be served.

For 4 people.
