1 ducks
1/2 coconut-aged, grated
Skewer as needed.
Softened seasoning :
7 shallots
3 garlic
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp tamarind water
Salt, sugar to taste.
How to make :
- Wash the duck, chopped meat
- Mix the spices with coconut. Mix well. Marinate the duck meat with seasoning. Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Insert the meat duck with satay puncture. Grilled over the coals until done. Angakat.
- Ready to serve.
