NASI GORENG (4)

THE FRIED RICE TEK TEK





Material :
2 plate of white rice
2 pieces of cabbage, finely sliced
1 leek, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil



Softened seasoning :
5 curly red chili
5 shallots
3 garlic
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 teaspoon salt



Complement:
Shredded fried chicken, thinly sliced fried onion, thinly sliced meatballs, fried egg, pickled cucumbers and carrots cut into small cubes and crackers.

How to make :



  1. Heat the oil and fry the spice paste until fragrant. Enter cabbage, leeks, and white rice mix.
  2. Enter the soy sauce and stir well. Cook until the spices evenly and cooked, remove.
  3. Serve warm, complete with shredded fried chicken, thinly sliced fried onion, thinly sliced meatballs, fried egg, pickled cucumbers and carrots cut into small cubes and crackers.

FRIED RICE CHAOTICAL ( nasi goreng mawut )

Material :
2 plates of cooked white rice
2 pieces of cabbage, finely sliced
100 grams of wet noodles
1 leek slices
1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon powder
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 stalks celery, finely sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Softened seasoning :
3 red chillies
5 shallots
3 garlic
1 teaspoon shrimp paste mature
2 teaspoons salt

Complement:
The fried chicken is shredded, sliced fried onion, fried egg, pickled cucumbers and
crackers.

How to make :


  1. Heat the oil and fry the spice paste until fragrant. Enter cabbage, leeks, celery, white rice and noodles, stir hungga average.
  2. Enter the bouillon powder and soy sauce, stir until blended. Cook until the spices evenly cooked, remove.
  3. Serve warm, complete with fried chicken shredded, sliced fried onion, fried egg, crackers and pickled cucumbers.

SALTED FISH FRIED RICE ( nasi goreng ikan asin )

Ingredients :
100 grams of peeled shrimp
50 grams of fried anchovies
4 plates of cooked white rice
4 minced garlic
2 large red chilli, seeded and sliced oblique
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 leek, sliced
1 tablespoon seasoning chicken broth

Complementary :
Tomatoes, fried eggs, fish crackers and lettuce

How to make :

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic, red chili, green onion until fragrant. Then enter the peeled shrimp, and cook until prawns change color.
  2. Add rice, soy sauce, bouillon powder and mix well. cook until the spices evenly.
  3. Add the anchovies, cook briefly and lift. Serve the fried rice with slices of tomato, a fried egg and lettuce and fish crackers as a supplement.

FRIED RICE GREEN


Ingredients : 5 pieces of green cabbage 3 finely chopped garlic 2 tablespoons cooking oil 2 eggs whipped 2 plates of cooked white rice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground pepper 1 tablespoon soy sauce How to make : 

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant and enter our egg whisk, cook until done. Add rice, salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well.
  2. Cook until the spices evenly mixed with green cabbage and cook briefly enter the lift.
  3. Serve while warm with a sprinkling of fried onions and crackers.
