SEMUR DAGING BUMBU JAWA (braised seasoning java)

Ingredients :
500 grams of beef, cut into pieces
10 tbsp soy sauce
3 lime leaves
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 bay leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 cm galangal, crushed
2 tomatoes, cut into pieces
1 tbsp vinegar cooking
1 ltr water
Salt and sugar to taste

Softened seasoning :
5 shallots
3 garlic
3 pecan
1 tsp pepper grains
1/2 nutmeg

How to make :
1. Heat oil, saute ground spices, lime leaves, bay leaves, lemon grass and ginger until fragrant.
2. Enter the beef, and cook until the color changes. Pour the water and add the soy sauce, salt and sugar. Cook until the meat is tender and the flavors mingle.
3. Enter the vinegar and tomatoes, stirring until blended.
4. Ready to serve.
