WEDANG TEH REMPAH



Ingredients :
5 packs of teabag
4 cm cinnamon
3 cm ginger, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 pandan leaf, conclude
1 liter of water
sweetened condensed milk to taste

Complement:
Pastry

How to make :

  1. Cook the water with pandan leaves, ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, and cloves to a boil and spice scented water, then remove.
  2. Enter the teabag until dark.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk to taste and mix well, pour into the glass.
  4. Serve when warm along with pastries.
