IGA KECAP MANIS PEDAS (soy sauce spicy ribs)


Ingredients :
500 gr beef ribs
10 ltr of water to boil
3 lime leaves
3 tablespoons cooking oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2 cm galangal, crushed
Salt and sugar to taste

Softened seasoning :
12 shallots
5 garlic
4 hazelnut
5 red chili sauce
2cm turmeric
2cm ginger
2 tsp coriander grains

How to make :
1. Boil the ribs until the meat is tender, remove from heat
2. Heat the oil and fry the spice paste, insert lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves until fragrant.
3. Enter the ribs, add red chili sauce, salt, sugar, and cook until cooked and the flavors mingle, lift.
4. Ready to serve.

For 6 people.
