Soto Lamongan


Material:
1 whole chicken, weighing 900 grams, cut into 2 parts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 liter of water
4 lime leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
2cm ginger crushed
3 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing

Contents:
50 grams of glass noodles, soak the cold water and drain
8 eggs boiled until cooked
2 pieces of finely shredded cabbage

Softened seasoning:
10 cloves garlic
5 roasted hazelnut
4 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Complement:

How to make:
