SATE BEBEK (duck satay)


Ingredients:
1 ducks
1/2 coconut-aged, grated
Skewer as needed.

Softened seasoning :
7 shallots
3 garlic
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp tamarind water
Salt, sugar to taste.



How to make :

  1. Wash the duck, chopped meat
  2. Mix the spices with coconut. Mix well. Marinate the duck meat with seasoning. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Insert the meat duck with satay puncture. Grilled over the coals until done. Angakat.
  4. Ready to serve.

For 8 people
