SUP TELUR PEDAS (spicy egg soup)

Ingredients :
6 fresh shitake mushrooms, sliced
4 eggs lightly beaten
3 ginger crushed
3 curly red chili, puree
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 sheets of white cabbage, finely sliced
1 piece of chicken breast filet, sliced
1 leek, sliced
1 liter of water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar cooking
1 teaspoon sugar
1 carrot, cut into shapes like matchsticks
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

How to make :

  1. Heat oil, saute ginger along with the chicken until chicken changes color. Enter scallion stir.
  2. Boil water, put the chicken stir fry, soy sauce, salt, pepper, cooking vinegar, chilli and sugar refined wait until boiling.
  3. Enter the mushrooms and carrots and cook until done. Add chicory and Thicken with cornstarch that has been liquefied. Once boiling, add beaten eggs, stir and cook until the eggs are cooked. Then lift.
  4. And ready to be served while still warm.
